Employment Requirements

Complete an application.

Pass a swim test.

Pass an American Red Cross Emergency Response course.

Pass OLTC or have current LBTBP LIT certification (level 2 or higher).

Complete W-4 and I-9 forms (and supply the necessary documentation).

Be at least 16 years old by your first day of work.

Obtain working papers (if you are under age 18).

Possess adequate vision, hearing acuity, physical ability, and stamina to peform the duties of an open water lifeguard.

Display proper attitude.
