LBTBP’s Ocean Lifeguard Training Course is a required course for all new lifeguards and returning veteran lifeguards who have not worked for LBTBP in the past two (2) years. This is a five (5) day course which teaches prospective lifeguards surf-swimming, paddle boarding, rowing, swimming-rescues, paddle board rescues, line rescues and LBTBP policies and procedures.
Prospective lifeguards must attend all five (5) days of this course. There are 4 classes to choose from:
#1 June 3rd-June 7th, 2024; 9am-5pm
#2 June 10th-June14th, 2024; 9am-5pm
#3 June 17th-June 21st, 2024; 9am-5pm
#4 June 24th-June 28th, 2024; 9am-5pm
